The blank Temporary Use Permit application form in use now, four pages. Two application types only, permit $850 and renewal $350. Carries an application checklist staff can decline to process without, including current property information with title dated within 90 days, payment, a site plan, and information from strata, landlord or neighbours including copies of letters from neighbours about the proposed use. Site plan requirements name the location of wells, drainage areas, septic fields, and natural features including watercourses, wetlands and the sea. Section 5 asks what happens when the permit expires and the steps to restore the land, with security possible as a guarantee. The PDF was created on 23 January 2025 from a Word document last modified on 20 January 2025, according to the file metadata. It replaces the 2020 form, which also offered an amendment at $350 and carried no checklist.
